Hello!
Welcome to my blog!
The human mind is restless and often tends to wander. In course of its wandering, it picks up thoughts, images, interacts with others’ mind and then returns to sit and ruminate. In course of rumination, often a poetry is born.
Nothing would give me greater pleasure than to know that you had come here and spent some time reading my writings. Thank you.
What a peaceful image for your blog! Thanks for visiting at my place. Blessings to you!

Thank you. The picture is of a place named Kottagiri, lower in elevation to the famous hill station of Ooty in southern part of India. This hammock was on a small ledge overlooking the distant hills in a tea resort at Kottagiri. Lovely quiet place to spend a day or two.

Oh, thank you for teaching me about your country–the scene is surely lovely and quiet. I dare say that if I once got into the hammock, someone would have to help me get out! 🙂

😀 Same is the case with me! So I didnt try getting into the hammock and falling asleep; instead decided to write a poem.

Thank you so much for following me. I am just an amatuer poet who loves to write. Am too heavy to be able to fit in a hammock…that pic is of a picturesque place where we went on a vacation 2 years back. I look forward to reading your writing too. 😊

Ruminate, yes, that could be a post. How to turn rumination into poetry. Beautiful thought, Goutam.
