Journey with Astrology

 Planetary pull,
 With an aim to rule,
 Interfering in our lives,
 Since our birth as a child.
 The subject of astrology;
 Complex and at times perplexing,
 Talk of energy of celestial bodies
 Defining and directing
 Destiny of the human being.
 So there is Jupiter
 casting a benign spell.
 While Saturn, cold and ominous,
 may be closing in in silence
 And use it’s energy to 
 break Jupiter’s dominance.
 The sun and the moon, their own power
 Influences to bring sorrow or cheer.
 This journey of life,
 is therefore sometimes defined,
 as being led along the life’s path,
 by the power of planets and heavenly objects. 

PS: The  intriguing picture prompt led me to astrology and how the science of astrology predicts about the influence of planets on our lives. Not that I am an expert in this or that I have enough knowledge to understand the science behind this; my take is just an off the cuff reaction to the prompt. 🙂
