An Update

My dear friends from the community.

Just wanted to post a quick update on the reason for my silence for a week or more now. 
The dreaded Covid caught up with me on the 26th/27th  march and after struggling with home isolation and the fever showing no signs of coming down, I had to be shifted to a hospital where they put me in an ICU for additional checks. Anyway, the worst is over now and i am doing ok; God has been merciful. Should get released next week. 

My wife too has now been admitted and that is a bit more of concern for me at the moment. 

Anyway, we should be back and running soon, thanks to wishes of all of you and with the blessings of the Almighty.

  7. That’s worrying Goutam. I was wondering why you aren’t seen nowadays. One of my very close friends also had a harrowing time and I was worried. Wish you and your wife a fastest recovery. Take care my friend.😊💙💙🙏

    1. Thank you Dada. There was an initial scare of Dengue too in my case and fever rose to 103+, which is why they put me into ICU; thankfully the dengue turned out to be a false alarm. But the strain is very resistant this time and only the remdesivir injection seems to be working. I have no physical discomfort at the moment except for bouts of cough once in a while. Should be discharged by tomorrow. My wife’s injections have just started, so we have to wait now and see her progress. Testing times. Thank you so much for your wishes Dada. 😊🙏

      1. One of my closest friend gave us the scare of life. Fortunately discharged yesterday.. But it wil take months before he regains his strength back. Trying time. All the best for your wife. Pray she recovers fast. God bless.😊💙💙🙏

    1. Thank you so much for all your prayers and wishes. Both me and my wife are doing good at the moment and feeling good from within. We shall be seeing our doc next week along with a set of blood tests to see the level of improvement.
