Beginnings and Endings

    1. Yesss….for a book lover there’s no joy greater than to see one’s child enjoying a book. I echo your feelings. My daughter is 26 years old and it has been my endeavour during her growing years to try and get her to read. I have been partially successful. Even today I feel so happy when she asks suggestions from me on which book to read. 😊

  1. Do I see an ironical take here? That books, even though amazing for what they provide us, take away the unadulterated innocence that a child has. The simple joy of living. Makes me pause and think. Beautiful.

    1. Apologies my friend for missing out on your comment. Yes…You are absolutely correct. The innocence of the child begins to wilt once he starts reading others’ thoughts, views. That is when doubts begin to crop up, questions arise and the innocence begins to wither. Thank you so much. πŸ™‚
