For centuries, poets have sung paeans in praise of the beauty of the moon. Lovers have wooed by comparing their love to the moon. On a full moon night, the moonlight can enthrall many with its magical ambiance. The moon has been waxing and waning at it's own pace, appearing in full glory once a month. While the sun is held in awe and looked at with a sense of reverence, it is bonds of love that ties the moon with humanity. How else can one explain those nights spent on the terrace gazing at the moon? Or the magic of moon-beams entering the bedroom in silence and inciting love and longing? Waxing and waning Moon's beauty grows in phases... Bound by love to man.

What we can learn from the moon, Gautam Ji? We are hearing stories about the moon since our childhood.

True…..The moon is Chandamama to a child, an enigma to student and a companion to a love-lorn youth. To a poet, it is a muse on many occasions. π
